At Agency 15, we’re grateful for our Western New York community and the trust that’s allowed us to grow and sustain our company. Giving back through pro bono work has always been a core value. To democratize how we select these partnerships, our DE&I Committee created The 15 Project, empowering our team to choose organizations that align with our passions, abilities, and potential for impact.
Interested organizations and businesses can submit a query below or be nominated by a team member. We focus on those historically underrepresented as marketing and advertising agency clients. Submissions are reviewed, voted on, and awarded twice a year. Current submissions close October 31st, with recipient(s) announced in November.
Our agency donates 200 hours annually. Services are tailored to each recipient’s needs and goals, and may include branding, website design and development, video and photography production, social media, public relations, content marketing, and event activation, among others.
Applicants must meet the following criteria and agree to these requirements:
- Must be local or have a significant presence in Western New York
- Must be a certified Minority and/or Women-Owned Business (MWOB) OR 501c3
- Recipients must honor Agency 15’s creative process and provide the agency with final creative approval, as well as permission to share the work in our portfolio
